From a sketch to your vest

No account to create and no quote to wait for. You see the price first, and nothing is made until you have approved a proof.

  1. Build it and see the price

    Choose the material, the pieces, the backing, the size and the quantity in the estimator. The price moves with every click, and it is the real price: the server works it out again from the same price list when you order, and that figure is the one you are quoted.

  2. Send the order and your artwork

    Tell us who you are and where it ships, and attach artwork for each piece (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, up to 25 MB a file). No artwork yet? Describe what you want in the notes and we will work from that. You confirm the artwork is yours to use.

  3. We check the artwork

    A person looks at what you sent and gets in touch if something will not stitch well at the size you chose.

  4. You get a free proof

    We digitize the design and send you a proof by email. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing is produced until you approve it, and the proof costs nothing.

  5. Pay when it suits you

    Pay when you place the order, or wait for the proof: we email you a private payment link. Either way it is PayPal, or a debit or credit card through PayPal with no PayPal account needed. We never see your card number.

  6. We make it and ship it

    Production, a quality check, then it ships. Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 business days. You can open your order from the private link in your emails at any time.

What you can count on

  • The price does not move. What you are quoted when you order is frozen with the order. A later change to our price list never touches it.
  • No account. Your order opens from a private link in your emails. Without that link the order does not exist as far as anyone else can tell.
  • Your artwork stays private. It is stored where no web address reaches it and only our staff can download it.
