Ordering

How do I order?

Build your patch in the estimator: material, pieces, backing, size and quantity. You see the price straight away. Press the order button, tell us where it ships, attach your artwork, and send it. We review the artwork and email you a free proof. Nothing is made until you approve it.

How it works has every step.

Do I need to create an account?

No. When you order we email you a private link to your order. That link is how you open it, pay for it and check on it. Keep the email, and do not forward it: anyone with the link can open the order.

I lost the email with my order link. What now?

Call or email us from the address you ordered with and we will send a fresh link to that address. For your protection we cannot look an order up, or send a link anywhere else, from an order number alone.

Artwork and proofs

What artwork files can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, up to 25 MB per file, one file for each piece. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result. A sharp photo or scan of a sketch is fine to start from.

I do not have artwork yet. Can you work from a description?

Yes. Leave the upload empty and describe what you want in the notes: the wording, the colours, the style of lettering, anything you want it to look like. We work it up and you see it in the proof before anything is made.

What is a digitized proof, and what does it cost?

Embroidery machines stitch from a file that tells them where every thread goes. Making that file from your artwork is called digitizing. We send you a proof showing how your design will look once stitched. It is free, and nothing is produced until you approve it or ask for changes.

Is my artwork kept private?

Yes. Uploaded files are stored where no web address reaches them, under random names, and only our staff can download them.

Pricing and minimums

How is the price worked out?

From the material, the size of each piece, the backing and the quantity. Bigger quantities cost less per piece. The estimator shows the exact price, including any fee, before you order. Every material page shows today's prices too.

Will the price change after I order?

No. The price you are quoted when you place the order is stored with the order. If we change our price list the next day, your order does not move.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the material, and each material page says what it is. If you choose a quantity below the minimum, the estimator tells you and prices the minimum instead of quietly charging for more.

Payment

How can I pay?

With PayPal, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

When do I pay?

Your choice. Pay when you place the order, or wait until you have seen your proof: we email you a private payment link.

Do you keep my card details?

No. Payment happens on PayPal. We never see or store your card number.

Production and shipping

How long does it take?

Each material page shows its lead time, and the estimator shows it for the order you are building. If you have a date to hit, tell us in the notes or call before you order.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States. The order form asks for a US shipping address.

Patches, materials and backings

What is the difference between a rocker, a center patch and a 3-piece set?

A rocker is the curved bar across the top or bottom of a vest, usually carrying the club name and the territory. The center patch is the emblem between them. A 3-piece set is all three made to match. The estimator builds each piece at its own size, so a wide rocker and a square crest are priced correctly.

Which backing should I choose?

Sew-on is the traditional choice for leather and denim and the most permanent. Iron-on adds a heat-activated glue layer, which suits fabric but not leather. Velcro (hook and loop) lets a patch come off and go back on. Each material page lists the backings it can be made with and what each costs.

See your price in seconds

Pick a material, a configuration, a size and a quantity. The price you see is the price you are quoted, and nothing is made until you approve a free proof.
